25 Days of Happy Promotional Terms and Conditions

Promotor details:
The Promoter of this competition is Sydney Airport Corporation Ltd (SYD) (ABN 18165056360) with registered offices at The Nigel Love Building, 10 Arrivals Court, Sydney International Airport NSW 2020.

1. Conditions of entry:
1.1 Competition is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 only.
1.2 Entrants must spend $20 or more at a participating retailer (sydneyairport.com.au/25daysofhappy) within T2 or T3 at Sydney Airport. One entry into the draw is permitted for each transaction over $20.
1.3 No component of the Prize is transferable or redeemable for cash.
1.4 The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
1.5 Employees and subcontractors (including their immediate families) of SYD, and any of its suppliers, service providers and agencies associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.

2. Prize:
2.1 The Prize is one (1) daily prize each day (the customer will be in the draw to win the prize depending on the day that they enter the Competition) for 25 Days.

2.2 The Major prize is a $10,000 Webjet eGift card. All entries will go into the draw for the Major Prize.
2.3 Individual terms and conditions apply for daily prizes, refer to the individual retailer for any conditions

3. How to Enter:
3.1 To enter this Competition, customer will receive a QR code provided to them by a participating retailer after they spend $20, they must scan the code and enter the unique code and complete the competition form
3.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any inappropriate or offensive entries and to disqualify any entries if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

4. Promotion Period:
4.1 The promotion commences on 1 December 2021 and concludes on 25 December 2021 (Promotional Period). This is subject to change at the Promoter’s discretion.
4.2 Entries will be valid if submitted by eligible entrants during the Promotion Period.

5. Winner selection and notification:
5.1 Daily prizes will be drawn randomly and automatically each day throughout the promotional period. There will be one daily prize winner each day.
5.2 The draw for the Major Prize will take place at SYD’s premises at 12pm on Wednesday 5th January 2022, winner will be randomly selected.
5.3 The winner of the daily prize will be contacted by email. Entrants must provide a valid email address to be eligible and must claim the Prize by responding to SYD’s email by the end of the promotional period or within 2 business days of notification (whichever is later).
5.4 The winner of the Major Prize will be contacted by email. Entrants must provide a valid email address to be eligible and must claim the Prize by responding to SYD’s email within 7 business days.
5.5 Any prizes not claimed within the timeframe above will be forfeited by the winner/s, and the Promoter will be entitled to, at its sole discretion, select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
5.6 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend this Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
5.7 Eligibility of entries and the awarding of Prizes is solely within the discretion of SYD. In the case of disputes, SYD’s decision is final. SYD’s decision in relation to all aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters the Promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Webjet Terms
6.1 For the Grand Prize and any Prize that includes a Webjet eGift Card, Webjet will be responsible for customer care in redeeming its eGift Cards and the Webjet terms and conditions apply
6.2 Webjet eGift Cards can be redeemed on flight, package and selected hotel^ bookings.
6.3 Up to 30 eGift Cards may be used at checkout and any unused amount will remain on the card.
6.4 eGift Cards are valid for three years from the date of issue.
6.5 ^eGift Cards are unavailable to be redeemed on hotels where payment is made at the hotel, listed as 'Pay Later' on site. eGift Cards cannot be redeemed on car or motorhome bookings, 'Things To Do' bookings or bookings that contain car hire.
6.6 eGift Cards may be redeemed on flight/hotel/holiday package bookings containing insurance, but not if insurance is purchased as a stand-alone product.

8. Limitation of Liability:
8.1 SYD accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries, or for any technical difficulties or periods of unavailability of the entry mechanism during the Promotional Period
8.2 SYD will not be liable for, and each competition entrant releases (to the fullest extent permitted by law) SYD and its related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, agents and employees, from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the competition and the Prizes.
8.3 SYD reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual or company who it considers has breached any of these terms and conditions, or has engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the competition.
8.4 SYD is not responsible for the quality or the claim process of the products or services issued as prizes. Winners may be required to deal directly with retailers, service providers and/or Webjet to claim prizes and make bookings.
