Sydney Airport will host the fifth annual Runway Run, in partnership with Surf Life Saving Sydney (SLSS).

The event will see 1800 fun runners tie up their laces on Saturday, 23 November, to fly down one of the most unique places in this city, a Sydney Airport runway.

This year, the airport will open up the airfield for a unique, behind-the-scenes experience including food trucks, rides, face painting, Santa and his Elves and Hot Potato Band for a great day of family fun.

Funds raised will go towards Sydney Airport’s Centenary Giving Appeal partner, Surf Life Saving Sydney.

SLSS and Sydney Airport's 18-year strong partnership supports the training and education of volunteer Nippers and Surf Life Savers who help keep our local community and visitors safe across 15 beaches in Sydney.
