InfoSYD Terms and Conditions

Sydney Airport Corporation Limited (“the Airport”) grants to You (“the User”), a non-assignable, revocable licence, to use the InfoSyd portal (“the Site”) granting access to multiple Sydney Airport applications for viewing, downloading and providing information for whatever process (“the Permitted Purpose”) the User has requested. Access is granted based on the User’s compliance and acceptance of these terms and conditions, namely to:

1. Comply with the Airport’s Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Acceptable Use Policy – read our Safety & Security policies
2. Not share or provide unauthorised Site access (login or passwords details) to any persons.
3. Not cause the Airport to violate any copyright, intellectual property, security and privacy laws.
4. Not intentionally or unintentionally corrupt the Site operation or content.
5. Not upload material, information or image to the Site, unless required for the Permitted Purpose.
6. Not upload, publish or disclose material that is knowingly false, irrelevant, defamatory, obscene, insulting or offensive.
7. Not comment disparagingly against the Airport, its employees, officers or contractors,

Any materials or information downloaded from the Site, may only be reproduced with the Airport’s proprietary markings, including copyright or trademark notices, as per the original, and only for the Permitted Purpose.

Information on the Site relating to the Airport and its business activities, are strictly confidential. It is not permitted to use or reproduce documents containing Confidential Information, without the Airport’s prior consent, except when required for the Permitted Purpose. The User may disclose, only to the extent required by law and with prior consent, any Confidential Information to auditors, legal or financial advisers. The User will take all reasonable steps to protect any Confidential, Personal or Sensitive Information on the Site, against misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Any User provided information must be correct, current, relevant and fit for the Permitted Purpose. Personal or Sensitive Information on the Site (except where requested) will only be relevant to the Permitted Purpose; this excludes advertising, marketing or irrelevant material. The User agrees to comply with all applicable Privacy Laws.

Use of the Site assigns all intellectual property rights to the Airport, in that it relates to information created specifically for the Permitted Purpose. The Airport has non-exclusive, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce or edit any User provided information for business activities that may include marketing and reporting. While the Airport has taken all due care to ensure that the Site material is correct, it disclaims any liability or guarantees, that the Site material is up-to-date, sufficient or accurate. Links to any 3rd parties on the Site, should not be taken as the Airport’s endorsement or recommendation of that party’s business, opinions or services. The Airport reserves the right to make any material or information changes or deletions to the Site, as it sees fit, without notice to the User.

The Airport does not guarantee the Site against viruses, bugs, or harmful technology, and expressly disclaims any liability for damages, loss, or costs arising from Site unavailability. If these issues occur, the Airport will take all reasonable steps to address or rectify the cause and restore the Site to its proper operational use.

The Uses indemnifies the Airport, its directors, contractors, agents and employees from liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or connected with:

1. The User’s breach of these T&Cs;
2. use of this Site leading to
   • any breach or alleged infringement of the intellectual property rights of any person;
   • a claim made against us by any person in respect of any applicable law.

Failure to comply with these T&Cs will result in immediate revocation of the User’s access licence, without further notice.
