Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Sydney Airport Corporation Limited, ABN 62 082 578 809 of 10 Arrivals Court, Mascot, NSW 2020 is the promoter of this promotion ("Promoter").
Entries into the promotion open at 12:01AM AEDT on 17 March 2025 and close at 11:59PM AEDT on 8 January 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
a. who are not Excluded Persons (as defined below); and
b. who are aged 18 years or over and who are taking an international or domestic flight that departs from either Terminals 1, 2 or 3 at Sydney Airport, Mascot NSW (“Sydney Airport”) during the Promotional Period (defined above),
("Eligible Entrants").
“Excluded Persons” are any persons who are, at any time during the Promotional Period or while prizes are being distributed, listed on: the Australian Sanctions Consolidated List (Consolidated List | Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade), the United Nations Security Council Consolidated List (United Nations Security Council Consolidated List | Security Council) or any similar lists issued or maintained by other government authorities for the purpose of national security (noting that these lists are subject to change) and/or who are "politically exposed persons" as this term is defined by the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Retailers (defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion, including but not limited to Dashing Group Pty Ltd, Two Eyed People Pty Ltd and Kollwitzowen Pty Ltd, are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
A participating retailer is any retailer, which for the avoidance of doubt includes all cafés, restaurants and all dining establishments, located in Sydney Airport Terminals 1, 2 or 3 (each a “Participating Retailer”).
To be eligible to enter the promotion, Eligible Entrants must spend, in a single transaction (including online click and collect transactions at Sydney Airport), a minimum of AUD$50.00 at any Participating Retailer within Terminals 1, 2 or 3 at Sydney Airport during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”).
For each Qualifying Transaction, the Eligible Entrant will receive the following number of entries into the promotion:
a. one (1) entry if the Eligible Entrant spends between AUD$50.00 and AUD$99.99 in the Qualifying Transaction;
b. five (5) entries if the Eligible Entrant spends between AUD$100.00 and AUD$199.99 in the Qualifying Transaction; and
c. fifteen (15) entries for each AUD$200.00 if the Eligible Entrant spends over AUD$200.00 in the Qualifying Transaction. For any Qualifying Transaction which is not easily divisible by AUD$200, the Qualifying Transaction amount will be rounded down. For example, an Eligible Entrant who spends AUD$450.00 will receive 30 entries into the promotion. An Eligible Entrant who spends AUD$6,890.00 will receive 510 entries.
a. scan the SYD MILLIONAIRE QR code featured on promotional materials located around Terminals 1, 2 and 3 of Sydney Airport, including in premises of select Participating Retailers;
b. follow the prompts to the promotion entry form and input the requested details (including but not limited to their first name, last name, valid email address, valid phone number, nationality and departing flight number);
c. upload a photo of their purchase receipt for the Qualifying Transaction;
d. agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm they otherwise comply with all eligibility requirements, including that they are not an Excluded Person; and
e. submit the fully completed entry form online.
Multiple entries are permitted, provided that separate Qualifying Transactions (and associated receipts) must be submitted separately. Where a Qualifying Transaction attracts multiple entries, those multiple entries will be automatically recognised and entered.
In the event that a purchase receipt is not provided to an Eligible Entrant for their Qualifying Transaction, it is the Eligible Entrant’s responsibility to request and obtain that receipt from the relevant Participating Retailer. Eligible Entrants must submit a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce or upload the proof of purchase for all entries will result in invalidation of all of an Eligible Entrant’s entries relating to that Qualifying Transaction and forfeiture of any right to a prize relating to that Qualifying Transaction. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the product purchased in the Qualifying Transaction, the Participating Retailer of the purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries, including the identity of the entrant, and to confirm that an entrant is an Eligible Entrant and not an Excluded Person (including by requesting further information or documentation which shows, without limitation, an entrant’s identity, age, nationality, state/country of residence and proof of travel). The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, fails to provide sufficient information for the Promoter to determine whether that entrant is or may be an Excluded Person, has tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Entries which contain errors or are incomplete or indecipherable, in whole or in part, will be deemed invalid.
a. 42 weekly prize draws (each a “Weekly Draw”),
b. 8 monthly prize draws (each a “Monthly Draw”); and
c. 1 major prize draw conducted for all entries received during the Promotional Period (“Major Draw”).
Each draw will take place at Level 4, 411 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia via random number generator.
All prize winners will be notified by email and telephone (to the contact details provided in the entry form) within seven (7) days of the relevant draw.
The names, state/country of residence and postcode of the Weekly Draw winners, Monthly Draw winners and the winner of the Major Draw will be published online at www.sydneyairport.com.au within 14 days of the relevant draw.
Eligible Entrants are eligible to win only 1 weekly prize and 1 monthly prize throughout the Promotional Period. All non-winning entries in each Weekly Draw will be entered into all subsequent Weekly Draws and all Weekly Draw entries (both winning and non-winning Weekly Draw entries) will be entered into the Monthly Draws. All non-winning entries in each Monthly Draw will be entered into the subsequent Monthly Draws and all Weekly Draw entries and Monthly Draw entries (both winning and non-winning) will be entered into the Major Draw.
The Promoter’s decision regarding Weekly Draws, Monthly Draws and the Major Draw, and in relation to all other aspects of this promotion, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Major Draw will take place at 9:00AM AEST on 9 January 2026.
An independent notary public will be present at the Major Draw in order to record the result for record-keeping purposes.
For the avoidance of doubt, all prizes are stated in Australian dollars, however where the Major Prize (as defined in clause 30) is won by an Overseas Winner (as defined in clause 38), the Major Prize amount will be transferred from AUD to local currency (using the prevailing rate of exchange on the day of transfer) and, subject to clause 27, paid into the winner's local bank account by electronic funds transfer. Where a winner of a Monthly Prize is an Overseas Winner (as defined in clause 38) and is otherwise not a frequent visitor to Australia, that winner may, with the agreement of the Promoter, opt to exchange the prize as currently stated in Appendix 1 for the equivalent cash amount, such amount to be transferred from AUD to local currency (using the prevailing rate of exchange on the day of transfer) and paid into the winner's local bank account by electronic funds transfer. Winners shall be liable for all transfer and other bank charges incurred for receiving the Major Prize or any Monthly Prize which is transferred for cash in accordance with this clause 26.
Despite anything else set out in these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be obliged to provide any prize if it would mean that the Promoter would be in breach of any laws or regulations relating to economic or financial trade sanctions to which the Promoter is subject.
The first valid entry drawn from each Weekly Draw will win a AUD$200.00 Digital Sydney Airport Pays-Enabled Prepaid Gift Card with a period of validity of 3 years. There will be 42 Weekly Draws throughout the Promotional Period.
The first valid entry drawn from each Monthly Draw will win the corresponding prize set out in Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions. Special terms relating to the Monthly Draw prizes are also set out in Appendix 1 to these Terms and Conditions. There will be 8 Monthly Draws throughout the Promotional Period.
The first valid entry drawn from the Major Draw will win AUD$1,000,000.00 cash (awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer (EFT) into the winner’s bank account which must be in the winner’s name) (“Major Prize”).
The winner of the Major Prize is responsible for providing full and accurate bank details. The Promoter and each of its Related Entities (as defined below) will not be responsible for incorrect details being provided, a banking institution refusing to make or rejecting an EFT payment, any applicable bank fees or charges or any costs associated with locating any lost monies.
Winners should obtain independent financial advice on tax implications that may arise as a result of accepting any prize as part of this promotion. The Promoter and each of its related bodies corporate, directors, officers, employees, agents and agencies (as named in clause 6), consultants, contractors, subcontractors and licensees ("Related Entities") are not liable for any tax implications that may arise to winners from accepting a prize, and winners hold harmless the Promoter and its Related Entities in respect of any such tax liabilities. If, under any law, the Promoter or its Related Entities become liable to withhold or pay any taxes on behalf of a winner, the Promoter and its Related Entities will be entitled to deduct from the relevant prize all amounts so paid or required to be paid.
Any unused balance of a gift voucher or gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a gift voucher or gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift voucher or gift card.
If a non-cash prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or the relevant part of the prize) with a prize to the equal or greater value or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Total RRP prize pool value for the promotion is up to AUD$1,043,022.00.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash cannot be redeemed for or taken as cash, unless otherwise specified in clause 26.
The Promoter will use all reasonable efforts to contact prize winners, as set out in clause 18. All winners will have until 31 March 2026 to claim any prize. If for any reason a winner does not claim a prize (or an element of a prize) by that date, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited. A draw for any unclaimed prizes, if required, will take place via random number generator on 6 April 2026 at Level 4, 411 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia at 9AM AEST, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winners, if any, will be notified by telephone and email (to the contact details provided in the promotion entry form) within seven (7) days of the draw and the names, state/country of residence and postcode of the unclaimed prize winners will be published online at www.sydneyairport.com.au within 14 days of the unclaimed prize draw.
a. the Overseas Winner will be solely responsible for complying with their home country's foreign exchange and tax regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, the reporting and filing of any prize money received to the local foreign exchange authority and tax authority, as required by the relevant overseas laws and regulations;
b. the Overseas Winner must provide a valid bank account for prize money transfer. Required documents include bank account number, bank name and address, and account title that matches with the personal identification of the winner. The bank account details must be accurate and up-to-date to ensure the successful transfer of the prize money;
c. failure to comply with the above requirements may result in disqualification from the promotion and forfeiture of the Major Draw prize money. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not adhere to these Terms and Conditions; and
d. the Overseas Winner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Promoter, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the Overseas Winner's participation in the promotion, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, or any breach of these terms and conditions by the Overseas Winner.
In the event that anything outside the reasonable control of the Promoter affects the Promoter's ability to operate and administer the promotion or to award prizes as planned, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud or the introduction of new laws or regulations, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to do any of the following: (a) disqualify any entrant including any Eligible Entrant; (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion or substitute or modify a prize, as appropriate.
The winner of the Major Draw will be required to attend a celebration event, either virtually or in-person depending on the winner's location, which may include them being interviewed and photographed. All Eligible Entrants into the promotion consent to attending any such event (with any travel and related costs being paid by the winner) and to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. For the avoidance of doubt, you acknowledge that the Promoter shall be the exclusive owner of any intellectual property rights, including without limitation copyrights, in or relating to any interviews, photographs or materials generated by reference to this clause 40, upon their creation.
Any cost associated with accessing and using the entry form is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
If any dispute arises between the entrant and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider the entrant's point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence the entrant puts forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter's decision in connection with all aspects of this promotion is final. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its Related Entities) is not responsible for and excludes all liability for any personal injury, loss (including loss of opportunity), damage, costs or expenses, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including arising out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value (excluding the Major Prize) to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) the taking of a prize.
All entries become the property of the Promoter.
The laws of New South Wales, Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of all other laws. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia. Promotion is void where prohibited.

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for the inclusions specified above within the respective prize package, and winners cannot use their gift vouchers at their discretion. Winners will be responsible for booking all elements of their prize (including arranging all flights and accommodation (if applicable) up to the maximum amount as detailed on the gift voucher).
Spending money, transfers, meals (other than those expressly included within the prize package), taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure points, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included in any travel or accommodation. For the avoidance of doubt, where a monthly prize is won by an Overseas Winner, travel and any other costs incurred from their location to the departure airport stated in this Appendix 1 shall be borne by the winner. Travel prizes must be used within 12 months and are subject to booking and flight availability (if applicable). Travel prizes cannot be used during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods.
Winners and their companion(s) (if applicable) are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. Winners and their companion(s) (if applicable) must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itineraries are to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of any travel prize. Travel prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Winners may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. Winners and their companion(s) accept that some aspects of the prize may be inherently risky and that the prize may involve dangerous activities.
If companion(s) can take the prize with you, you are responsible for your companion(s) and the Promoter may disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this promotion by, you or any or all of your companion(s) if they materially breach these Terms and Conditions, whether or not legally bound by them.
If specified, in order to participate in the activity/activities awarded as part of the monthly prize, you and your companion(s) must comply with any applicable conditions (e.g. height, weight, health and fitness requirements). You must ensure that you and your companion(s) are healthy and fit enough to take the prize. You and your companion(s) must follow all requirements of the people responsible for managing the relevant activity/activities.
You and your companion(s) must, if required by the Promoter, sign disclaimer and release forms provided by the Promoter in favour of the Promoter and other parties before taking the prize. If you or any companion(s) do not sign, your entry will be deemed invalid and you will lose any entitlement to a prize.
