Sydney Airport Wicked The Musical Competition Terms & Conditions

Sydney Airport Corporation Ltd (SYD) is offering customers the chance to go into a draw to win one of thirty, two (2) ‘A’ reserve seat tickets of Wicked The Musical at the Sydney Lyric Theatre for shows on either 20th December 2023, 27th December or 28th December 2023. (the Prize).
The competition commences on 1 November 2023 and concludes on 29 November 2023 (Promotional Period).
To enter the competition, customers must consent to be contacted with SYD marketing communications by entering their details through either the QR code link or email provided by SYD during the Promotional Period.
Customers cannot enter the competition more than once. If multiple entries are detected, only the first entry will count.
Entries to the competition will be drawn at 1pm (Sydney time) on 30 November 2023. Thirty winners will be randomly selected (each, a Winner) as follows:

ten (10) winners for show on 20th December 2023;
ten (10) winners for show on 27th December 2023; and
ten (10) winners for show on 28th December 2023.

By entering the competition, you consent that if you win, your name as a Winner will be published on SYD’s website on the date of the draw and will remain there for a period of 4 weeks.
The Winner will also be notified by email. If no response is received, the winner will be called on the number provided within 7 days. Entrants must provide a full name, valid email address and a valid Australian phone number to be eligible.
Information on how to enter, the collection of personal information and the Prize forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
To be eligible, entrants must be over 18 years of age.
Employees and subcontractors (including their immediate families) of SYD, and any of its suppliers, service providers and agencies associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.
Each prize is provided by ACMN Marketing and Advertising (ACN 002 938 061) with registered offices at Level 2, 75 King Street Sydney NSW 2000. The Prize does not include meals, ground transportation, flights, accommodation or any other costs of a personal nature. The tickets are subject to additional terms and conditions available on the producer’s website.
SYD, its officers, employees, contractors and agents accept no liability for lost or stolen Prize after it is issued to the Winner, except to the extent it arises from fraud, negligence or default by SYD, its officers, employees, contractors or agents.
Due to the nature of the Prize, if a Winner does not claim the Prize before 15th of December 2023, then the Prize will be forfeited by that Winner. In the event this occurs, SYD will publish on its website that the relevant Prize winner could not be found.
Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. No credit will be given for any unused portion of the prize.
Eligibility of entries and the awarding of Prizes is solely within the discretion of SYD. In the case of disputes, SYD’s decision is final. Any disputes can be raised by contacting SYD at the following: +61 2 9667 6111 from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday or customer.experience@syd.com.au.
SYD reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion at its discretion. SYD will take all reasonable steps to ensure that information about any such change is made publicly available on SYD’s website within a reasonable time before the draw takes place.
SYD accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries, or for any technical difficulties or periods of unavailability of the entry mechanism during the Promotional Period.
SYD’s decision (acting reasonably) in relation to all aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters the competition, and no correspondence will be entered into.
SYD will not be liable for, and each competition entrant releases (to the fullest extent permitted by law) SYD, its officers, employees, contractors and agents, from any liability, loss and damage out of or in connection with the competition and the Prize, except to the extent it arises from fraud, negligence or default by SYD, its officers, employees, contractors or agents.
SYD reserves the right in its discretion, acting reasonably to disqualify any individual or company who it considers has breached any of these terms and conditions, or has engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the competition.
Each entrant consents to SYD using the information provided by the entrant for purposes connected with improving the customer experience at SYD. Any personal information collected by SYD will be treated in accordance with its privacy policy available at www.sydneyairport.com.au/info-sheet/privacy.
